Saugatuck Outreach Nutrition Program

Child enrollment forms are to be signed for the new year (July 2010-June 2010) to be included in the lunch program. This program helps your provider serve nutritious meals and snacks to children enrolled. I have already filled out most of the sheet and will need this done by Wednesday.
