Substitute APPROVED!

Just received word from the state that of December 31, 2009 Nelson has received approval to be a substitute at the daycare. "Substitute" means a person approved in writing by the Commissioner who may assume the provider's responsibilities in the provider's absence, and who meets the same qualifications as a provider. Nelson has gone through the required medical, fingerprinting and CPR/first aide course.
